          ONESHOE (ICTA-FA)

          EXCELLENT MECHANICAL PROPERTIES

          ONE SHOE CE pipes are made of polyethylene (PE) with flame-retardant, with low smoke halogen-free (LSZH), are in grey colour and are available in classes 2321 (impact 2J and compression 320N) and class 3421 (impact 6J and compression 750N). They comply with the harmonized standard EN 61386-22 for CE marking (Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU). They can be used in buildings in box-to-box connections, in accordance with the Technical Rules for Low Voltage in Electrical Installations (RTIEBT) and in accordance with ANACOM’s manual for Telecommunications Infrastructure in Buildings (ITED). Their corrugated profile provides excellent mechanical properties and the PET traction guide facilitates the introduction of cables. ONESHOE General Applications pipes are made of polyethylene (PE) without flame retardant, they presents in grey or blue petroleum colour and are available in class 2321 (impact 2J and compression 320N).

          Pipes VD (IRL)

          GOOD RIGIDITY FOR LINEAR INSTALLATIONS

          The VD rigid pipes are made of thermoplastic material (PVC) which does not spread flame, are self-extinguishing, are available in cream colour for class 2321 (impact 2J and compression 320N) and in grey colour for class 3421 (impact 6J and compression 750N). They comply with the harmonized standard EN 61386-21 for CE marking (Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU). They can be used in buildings in linear visible connections or inside walls, in accordance with the Technical Rules for Low Voltage Electrical Installations (RTIEBT) and in accordance with the manual for Telecommunications Infrastructure in Buildings (ITED) by ANACOM (Portugal). In the installation, VD couplings and VD bends can be used, or as an alternative in small diameters, piping curves can be performed on site using springs suitable for the VD pipes.

          IBOGRIS

          COMPACT WALL

          IBOGRIS pipes are made of polyethylene (PE), without-flame retardants, with low smoke halogen free (LSZH), are presented in grey colour and are available in class 2321 (2J impact and 320N compression). Are made of a compact single wall, thus having good mechanical properties and can be supplied with or without conductor pull out guide. Applies to the coating for general use.

          COMPRESSION AND IMPACT RESISTANCE

          The 2WW double wall corrugated pipes (smooth inside) are made of polyethylene (PE) free from heavy metals and halogens, are flame spread and comply with EN 613861 and EN 6138624 for CE marking by the low voltage directive (2014/35/EU), with the technical rules RTIEBT and the ITUR regulation (ANACOM). Its profile provides good resistance to compression and impact, maintaining the flexibility that is relevant in an underground installation and facilitates the introduction of cables:

          • Series L250 (light impact and 250 N in compression)
          • Series N450 (normal impact and 450N in compression) Colour red (electricity) or green (telecommunications). Other colours (black, yellow or blue) on request. These pipes are supplied in 50 m rolls (with PET pull out conductor) or in 6 m rods including a cuff at one end that gives the joints an IP43 rating.

            HIGH STRENGTH

            Ibotec presents a set of perforated polyethylene (PE) pipes, of high flexibility and mechanical strength, with two types of wall construction according to the UNE 53994 and adapted to the requirements of the installation:

            • Single wall (type C1) with a ring stiffness ≥ 2 kN/m2 (SN2)
            • Double wall (type C2) with a ring stiffness ≥ 4 kN/m2 (SN4) This range is strongly implanted in the civil construction market in works of underground non pressure drainage pipelines, with a high level of preference and satisfaction on the part of our customers. It is an excellent alternative to traditional systems (concrete and corrugated PVC), because it is light, with a high resistance to impact and diametrical compression and with reduced installation costs on site.
